LOL! That is great! My 1 year old loves eating dog food. That is when he breaks into the dog eating area.

Only food (if you want to call it that) that I get at McHeartAttack is chipotle wraps grilled. If you want a hamburger or crave beef get 90% beef and turkey and buns. Fries should be avoided at all cost and chugging soda. Your money can go a lot longer going to a grocery store and prepping yourself.

No! Stick with your MFP plan. Rapid weight loss by starving is not fun, unhealthy, and when you stop the weight will come back quickly.

Last week 1 night I woke up in the middle of the night and had 1.5 cups of chex and a little 1% milk. After eating I laid down abd asked "what the hell did I just do?" I don't fall sleep if I'm hunger before bed. If hungry before bed I eat 100% cal microwave popcorn and a grapefruit. Seems to do the trick for me. Be…

If you don't eat chocolate or candy for a couple weeks then eat fruit it will become your new sweet food (especially pineapple).

Wendy's Salads are okay, vege 6 inch - subway, and grilled chipotle raps from McDonalds. I don't eat out anymore but if I had to that is the way I would go. On surprising thing is the chipotle burrito is like 1300 calories - almost what i eat in a day

I eat a hard boiled egg each morning and a grapefruit Making hard boiled eggs (for 3 to 6 days): 1) Put 6 eggs in water. Don't eat Junk Food! I try and avoid chips, chocolate, ice cream, cookies, candy If its from the earth its good. If you cut out junk food for a while (couple weeks) fruit will become your new candy. Great Post! Many moons ago one of the great lessons I learned in High School sports for life was "Never Say Can't". My swim coach made us swim a mile every time we Said I Can't! Talk about reinforcing having a positive attitude.
