Over the past 5 weeks I've started the week at 202 (this week - did not have any cocktails over weekend), 204 prior week, and up to 206. Start out slow, mix things up, and take it easy. I like mixing things up with my exercise in 10 minute intervals. I typically do 10 min swim, 10 min bike, 10 min run, and i try to walk more during the day with at least 20 minutes. I typically do 3 of the 10 min exercises 4-5 days a week. 1) Use MFP everyday for positive feedback, information, and logging food exercise. 2) Get up early most days at 6:00 AM and hit the gym and MOVE. 3) Do weigh-ins less frequently with body measurements as well.

First time I noticed something - my wedding ring came off in a hot tub. Spent 10 minutes feeling around on the bottom. So if in a hot tub or pool take the rings off!
