NSV This Morning

I started swimming again when I joined MFP back in November and got to the point where I could swim 1600 yards in around 30 minutes and have been doing that a couple times a week for cardio...

My NSV came this morning when I got in a good groove and decided to keep going...I swam 2100 yards in only 38 minutes and felt like I could have kept going if I didn't have to get to work! What a great feeling...much better than feeling like puking after 300 yards when I started!!!

    WTG! That is awesome! Swimming is a great Cardio! Drink warm water after you swim to curve the sweets/eating craving!
