I am 5.8, 42 female, lightly active and when I plugged this into mfp with a weight loss goal of 1 pound it gave me 1340 calories. I have been successful at this level. Thank you for posting. You are the picture of my goal weight ( we have similar measurements) and I have just started the 30 day shred so it is very motivational. Hopefully I can get similar results. You look fantastic.
