I would stay away from it !!!!! The worst headaches you can imagine even when drinking up to 5 liters of water daily. All you have to do is change your diet and exercise more i would never ever take any fat burner again.

Try Mrs. Dash as a seasoning... loads of flavours to choose from and its all salt free. And then just bake it :)

Or try to marinate it with little bit of olive oil lemon or lime juice and what ever seasoning you like... Leave it in the fridge for at least 12 hours and when cooked on george foreman for about 8 minutes chicken comes out nice and juicy or try to brine it that what keeps the bird moist.

Just switch between eggs and egg whites only thats healthy source of protein with no fat at all... cooking is the same was as the whole egg :)

Eating only junk food within your calorie allowance is BS.. Eating a bacon cheeseburger meal from BK is over 1000 cals. So you want to say that you would have a burger and fries for breakfast and thats it for the whole day?? Good luck with that. Prepare food the same way as always what you need is to increase carbs. From you daily calories try 50 % carbs 30%protein and 20% fats. Lift heavy in 8-12 range simple as that. Good luck

I know exactly what you are talking about. I almost gave up on brown rice because it seems impossible to cook it right. Then i tried Uncle bens brown rice and never had any problems with it. Follow the instructions on the packed 10 minutes in boiling water and its perfect. Hope this helps give it a try and let us know.

I think everyone should have a cheat day. I tend to have them once a week or once every 10 days depends on my progress. Its good for keeping your sanity and helps to confuse metabolism and speed it up. If the progress is slow i just have a big cheat meal.
