No....I do a 45-60 min workout in the mornings....I just wanted to something a little extra in the evening that can burn some energy and is fun at the same time.

I did start the 30DS, but stopped after a few days to go back toTurbo Fire, due to a higher calorie burn, but now, I'm looking to tone up and I've had all 3 of these DVD's for so long and want to make good use of them.......Most people that have used the first 2 I mentioned, really toned up, which is my main focus now.

Count me in!!...My birthday is not in August, but I did have my last child August 2nd, 2013 and gave myself 1 year to lose close to 100lbs as possible......I'm hoping to lose another 30-40 lbs by then and would definitely love the support of others with the same goal.

Having a busy schedule can definitely be hectic.....I work 10hr shifts daily and get up at 3am to workout Monday through Friday.....my solution is 8 small meals a day and my calorie limit is 1410 a day......sometimes I eat my exercise calories back....but small meals every 2 hours is what works for me......lots of fiber…

HRM is definitely the best solution......I got one last year and there is definitely a big difference in the accuracy of a HRM and MFP as far as calorie burn.....My weight loss has been way better and more steady since I got mine since I know with certainty how many calories I really should be eating

I wouldn't recommend that....Protein does retain muscle mass when losing weight and canhelp you fill fuller longer, but too much Protein can also add pounds ....... Stick with whatever MFP recommends and only add more if you exercise.......Balance is the key.
