  • I DID PUT IT IN FOR EVERYONE TO SHARE BUT DON'T KNOW WHY YOU CAN'T SEE IT. WE TRIED IT AT WORK WITH SOME OTHER GALS AND THEY COULDN'T SEE IT EITHER AFTER I ENTERED IT ALL AGAIN. SORRY! BUT THEY ARE AWESOME!

  • 1 lb ground turkey - browned with 1/3 cup chopped onion - drain off fat if any Add the following: 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce 1 TBSP Mustard 3/4 cup Ketchup 2 TBPS Brown Sugar Simmer on low for 10 - 15 minutes Serve on Buns I did figure out the nutritional value... it is listed in the data base.
