Newbie from IL

I am new to this whole thing! I had been looking at different sites right after christmas ans tumbled upon this one and it looked like a great one to join! I just signed up on the 30th of December and so far not starting out to bad. But then again I haven't weighed myself yet either! Ohh I am going to weigh in on sundays since that is the day I started up on here! Wish me luck everyone!

    :smile: Best of Luck to you! Today is really my first day, played around in the site a few days to see how it works. I love it, so easy to access and can log in at work so that I can keep a very good log of when I have eaten. Good luck and keep strong!

    good luck..........just remember it takes 21 days to chance a habit. You will be just fine you have great support on this site.
