  • I just started limiting my calories to 1200 yesterday and I could honestly fall asleep sitting at my desk. I earned 202 more calories walking last night but did not eat them. I was extremely tired driving to work this morning. I'm not really sure that is it for me since that was just day one?
  • I was wondering the same thing. My BMR is 1351 and my calorie limit was 1200. I changed it to 1351 after reading another thread. There was some advice about at least eating your BMR calories. Hmmmm...my BMR on MFP is 1270; it's 1351 on FitnessFrog.
