I love climbing. I started when I was 4- my dad and I would go every Sunday... it was our version of going to church. As I got older, the climbing trips happened more than one day a week and eventually I started instructing to help finance college. It's an awesome sport, and it pains me to currently live in a state where…

The best thing you can do if you're looking to get into it is to workout with a crossfit trainer. You can learn a lot from the videos, but if you aren't using proper form, you're working against yourself. I do crossfit workouts 3-5 days/ week and absolutely love them. Good luck.

I was a hardcore runner last year- and then I started lifting weights and have completely changed my body. When I ran I was super skinny and weak, now that I run and lift I've built a lean figure for myself…

Bacteria can not grow in honey... hence the reason it is the "perfect food" and can be used as an antibacterial, or a preservative. With the high concentration of sugar in honey, nothing bad can grow in it. So it remains good, forever (literally).

I originally got married at 21, despite everyone's protests, and then promptly divorced when he started getting physically violent. I swore I wouldn't get married again, and didn't really date much- until I met the right person. We've been married for 8 months now and it gets better every day. It's a leap of faith to get…

We got married ten days ago (August 6th)- We had two songs, I walked down the aisle to the first verse of "Dusk and Summer" by Dashboard Confessional She smiled in a big way, the way a girl like that smiles When the world is hers and she held your eyes Out in the breezeway down by the shore in the lazy summer And she…
