I am most like someone from Vietnam. I have 97% less body fat than females ages 15-29 in my country (US) I have 86% less body fat than females of the same age group in the world. I'll take it- it's kind of cool seeing those numbers!

I go whole egg typically... but since I eat about 3 dozen eggs/ week, I have been cutting out some yolks (1 yolk per 3 eggs used). Eggs are the "perfect protein" and in the last month I was able to cut 2% body fat without supplements just by upping how many eggs I consumed.

oh well I can't get it sized down any smaller than that for some reason... I've resized it 3 times. Don't mind my crazy hair, I just got done running in the heat and my hair gets nuts!

Hope this works and isn't enormous... My starting point for training for Bikini Division at an NPC event. About to begin a supplement regimen this week to see if I can see a difference.
