Yes, keep logging. I got mine as an adult when I turned 30. It wasn't as bad as I thought. Don't overdo it on the shakes, puddings, etc.

I eat a HUGE salad with about 4-5 oz of protein on it, with egg whites, veggies, and low fat dressing. It's so much and around 350 cals. It fills me up!!

If you have a little cold and feel ok otherwise, go ahead. Flu like symptoms- NO WAY!! Your body needs to rest.

YES!!! Take a rest day. I didn't for a long period of time and my body revolted and I lost my period. REST!

If I do more exercise, I gain weight..if I do maybe 4-5 days a week rather than 6-7, I lose or stay the same. It's strange.

JEALOUS of all of YOU!!! I can't drink coffee anymore though I LOVE It. If I do, I will be in the bathroom ALL day and I can't do that!

Thanks everyone. I think I liked it better when I didn't get my period and I didn't have PMS. But, obviously that wasn't healthy and my body was telling me that! ugh..waiting waiting waiting!

Honestly, I would just write it off as as "I'll do better next time" and not try to overcompensate by more cardio. Just get back on track with your eating today.

I save calories for the night time for this exact reason since I eat a small dinner and don't sleep well if I'm hungry

30DS is awesome. I used my HRM and I get about 125 cals burned. No, it's not alot, but you are toning your body. It will help your clothes fit better, trust me! Sometimes I'll do level 2 and 3 back to back. THEN, I'm tired!

Biggest- lunch, literally because I always eat a HUGE HUGE salad in a mixing bowl with lots of veggies, egg whites, and a fish or meat. around 425 cals. Smallest- dinner, because I have snacks before and after dinner.

I'm making spinach artichoke dip but with reduced fat sour cream, light mayo, and light cream cheese. I'm also serving a big veggie tray with hummus, and sausage puffs but using turkey sausage. I'm not telling anyone everything is "lite" though.

I think it sounds fine to me. I do the same thing. I NEED to have my snacks at night and can't go to bed hungry!

I'm making sausage puffs, a layered mexican dip, hot buffalo dip, then we are serving sandwiches, cold pasta salad, and having assorted desserts. To add in healthy things I'll be willing to eat I'm also serving a large veggie tray with hummus, air popped kettle corn, and a tossed salad. That way people can indulge or not…

Yes you may lose weight, but are you going to do this for the rest of your life? Probably not. So, at some point you will need to start eating regularly again. What about fresh veggies and fruit? I wouldn't do this for long...

I would really try to take a rest day. I learned this the hard way by working out 7 days a week. Now my period has gone away. I have seen the dr. and she has assured me that it will come back. I am forcing myself to take a rest day on Wednesdays.

Do it! I went for the first time in a long time earlier this month and took pics on my phone of my bike settings so I would know for the next time I went. I like it because it's dark in the room, the music motivates me, and it's something different when I can't do a zumba class.

My only suggestion is on the lunch- get rid of the water with the sugar free mix. Send him with one of the Horizon milk boxes instead if you can afford them. They are pricey but I think it's better to have milk with lunch than juice. Second, add in some veggies with a low fat dip. Also, maybe replace the jello with…

I have my BS in Nutritional Science (though I am in a different career right now) and I will say that in my most of my core degree classes, there were lots of overweight ladies, and a bunch with eating "issues". So, not sure where they are all now, but dietitians are human just like the rest of us.

I budget for my night eating by watching what i eat during the day. I like to eat some dessert while watching TV at night so I just exercise and plan for it :)

It won't work if you don't keep track of your diet. I worked out every day in college and ate way too much and drank alot. I was the heaviest I've ever been, even with "going to the gym" every day.
