So, I maintain my weight and decided to stop weighing in March. I instead try on key clothing items weekly to make sure I am on track. I am heading home from vacation and am comfortably wearing the capris I bought 6 years ago as I didn't overindulge on vaca, just a little bit. Anyone else?

I know a lot of people who work out, then just hang out in their workout clothes for the rest of the day!? I cannot do that - I get so sweaty and am prone to female issues if I don't get into dry clothes right away! Do you or don't you? Ladies?

weird question- splitting your breakfast?
Anyone else do this? I feel like I'm tricking myself into thinking I'm eating a mid morning snack. I eat breakfast at 6am, before my workout, and save a 1/4 of it to eat at 9am as a small snack. It's oatmeal and vanilla muscle milk poured over it, BTW

Biggest Loser Power Walk- no JOKE!
Ok, I did all 4 walks on this DVD for an hour and 4 minutes. I thought this was going to be my grandma's workout and and an easy day for me. By the end I was drenched and burned 474 calories! I am 5'4 and 135. Try this- it is NOT easy like I thought it would be.

Oatmeal combo that is yummy for summer
Just wanted to share- I make about 2 servings of oatmeal, refrigerate it overnight, then scoop out one serving in the morning, and top with vanilla muscle milk (premade night before also, so it's cold). I eat it cold. It's so yummy and refreshing!

my trick for getting up early to exercise
Just wanted to offer my tip- it sure helps me! I go to bed "slightly" hungry and then when I wake up early to workout before work/taking kids to school I have a yummy preworkout snack that I look forward to. Usually a big scoop of honey almond PB and ice water. If it weren't for this, I would not be able to do it!
