Ladies who want their period back!

Hi ladies. I lost my period for 6 months back in 2012 and got it back last February and have been regular ever since. Well, my last one was 9/14/13 and I feared it was going away again. I got it this morning. Here's what I think brought it back-
When it was 10/14/13 and I still hadn't gotten it, I did 2 things. I started decreasing my exercise SLIGHTLY. I had been working out 6 days a week for 60 mins a day. I brought that down to 6 days a week, but alternating 60 mins with 30 mins each day. I added SLIGHTLY more fat to a few or my meals. I added 1 egg yolk every am to my egg whites and a sprinkle of nuts or avocado to my lunch salad.
IT"S BACK now. I couldn't be more relieved! Just thought this may help others. I am at a healthy weight for my height FYI and always have been. Not sure on body fat percentage.
