I'm usually up at 06:00 (what's the O stand for? - Oh my God it's early!) and at the gym for 7am. work out until 8am and then shower / change to get to work for 08:30. Work through until 16:30 and head home get some tea and then do a bit more work until about 8pm, then chillout. My worst habits about riding a desk all dayβ¦

Hi all, I've got an Open Diary (to everyone on my friends list) and a plentyful supply of banter / motivation. I've done the Harcombe diet and lost 2 stone - but fell off the wagon so i'm back down to an overall 12 kg's loss. Back on it now - although with the 6 Nations and rugby world cup on the way I'll be taking in aβ¦

since I last commented on here I've lost another 3 Kgs so that's 6.6lbs :) New total = 256.6 lbs

I have no idea what I am but if I had to give myself a title - I'd be GEEK. here's what I like: Airsoft: If you don't know what Airsoft is it's bascially grown lads and lasses running around a woodland / urban environment shooting each other with automatic electric BB guns. (similar concept to paintball.....but better)β¦

Hi all, I'm in the North East, my diary's open and I mostly shop at Aldi. I log every day and do cardio and weights most days. Weekends are the worst for me food wise....i give in to naughty food choices a lot. I do tend to talk some absolute rubbish but I'm up for some banter / motivation so feel free to add me.

Anyone feel free to add me too: I've found that mutual banter, motivation and general talking rubbish with MFP friends has helped me and look how much i've lost already! The community on here is awesome and it's definitely got me through some cravings and struggles with food and beer...mostly beer....and bacon. love theβ¦
