I've fallen off the wagon and gained more weight than I was when I previously started. I've started back again and really made some major changes. I didn't change my weight when I came back I just waited until my weight was the same when I last logged. I've lost around 50 pounds and can see the difference in my health.

Every morning so I can see what is working & what's not. I've noticed even when I eat around the calories you stated if I don't eat enough protein I still don't lose. I've started drinking drinks with protein.

I've had similar issues. Would go out to lunch and eat foods I wouldn't generally eat. I've started keeping healthy foods at the office so I would do better. I've cut out all sugars and carbs which looks like was my main problem. Water is also key.

After a couple of months I really like the fact that I can hold myself accountable for everything I eat. Also knowing if I stick to it I will loose the weight and be healthier.

Take it day by day. Results don’t come overnight. Change doesn’t happen immediately. Keep working towards your goals.

When you weigh yourself first thing in the morning your always lighter. Getting dressed and drinking or eating will cause your weight to fluctuate. Scales also can be different.
