I have been, by society's standards, skinny for my entire life. I have a little excess weight now, but people still comment that I am thin. And I have horrible self esteem. If someone says something rude or mean, I feel it, just like anyone else. Just because I am thin does not mean I am perfect and have great self esteem.

Good catch! I looked up the brand mentioned and saw that the black beans have 125mg sodium per serving, 3.5 servings per can, and the kidney beans have 130mg sodium per serving, 3.5 servings per can.

I'm 24 and my first grey popped up about 6-8 months ago, right around my 24th birthday. Now I have 10-12 in varying stages of growth, and I'm sure more are on the way. My paternal grandmother was full-on WHITE at 25, so hopefully that doesn't happen to me in the next 2 months =P

My coworker quit dipping a few months ago and he now makes little packets of coffee grounds (inside a coffee filter) to get through the day at work. His struggle is mostly with needing to have something in his mouth all the time. Just thought I'd mention it in case it might help someone else here.
