How is this thread still going??? If you want to see nutritional information then only frequent restaurants that provide them. If you've ever worked in a non fast food food kitchen then you would know that even if you were provided nutritional info, it would only be a ballpark estimate for many many reasons. Only…

What are people trying to sell you on here? Just curious, it hasn't happened to me yet.

I'm gonna go eat some eggs, I'll come back for those links....

Haters gonna hate... There is nothing wrong with the studies except for the fact that they do not support YOUR opinion... Sorry buddy, show me the studies that do support your opinion, I'd be interested in reading them.

You opened the door for the low carb haters, there are very many on here just waiting to pounce on anyone who says a low carb diet is right for them or anyone else. Unfortunately this forum is not a good place to come for support. It's great if you enjoy being told you're wrong by people who have no idea what they're…

Does anyone wish they never got them? Or at least a particular one or two? If I had gotten some when I was 18 I'd probably have an assortment of things that don't really reflect who I am today. My friend literally has a sun wearing those joke disguise glasses with a mustache and a banana nose on his shoulder. It's…

I don't want any for myself. I've always been scared of needles and permanence freaks me out. The thought of drawing a picture on my body that will be there the rest of my life just doesn't appeal to me. I don't judge other people with them though, like 99% of people get them these days. I will say when I see hot women…

The force was recalled, not the flex. People don't have those reactions to the flex model. My one has survived two trips through the washer dryer. I've been very impressed with the durability.

I have the one and I love it. I'm waiting for the force replacement to come out because it will have a full screen and new features. If you get the flex make sure to order a bitbelt. The one flaw on the flex is that it can easily come off your wrist and people lose them, the bitbelt prevents this from happening.

I've torn both of mine. What do you mean the doctor won't do anything for it? You may not require surgery but you certainly should be doing physical therapy on it. If you lift with a mildly torn cuff you will have a severely torn cuff. Make a physical therapy appointment and they will give you the therabands and prescribe…

It happens when you cut the carbs. You have to eat lots if veggies everyday to stay regular. Salad greens, broccoli, cauliflower are good choices.

It could be a lot of things causing the headaches including you're not getting enough calories. Probably a good idea to start there and see if they get better. If your drinking a lot of coffee or taking diet pills full of caffeine, that will suppress your appetite and give you massive headaches. Not sure why you are so…

Eggs every day. Asparagus ham and cheese omlet. Mushroom omelet. Over easy with turkey sausage or bacon. All kinds of scrambles. Sometime I roll them up in a tortilla. I don't eat starch though... Oh and like 20 or 30 ounces of coffee which my doctor wishes I'd cut back on.

They make a coffee flavor, but I used to mix vanilla with coffee and milk.

Why not just wear the runner gear that wicks away moisture?

Did you consider that maybe he wasn't attracted to you when you were heavier because you had a poor self image? Maybe it's your newfound confidence in how you look and feel that he finds attractive. You know how most women find confidence attractive? So do guys...

I have to check this out, sounds like fun. How long is the story, I walk about 1 1/2 hours every morning and want to start intervals to build up to jogging.

Not for nothing but if you don't want kids you shouldn't be dating someone who has one. That was my stepmothers attitude and my sister and I picked up on it immediately and suffered for it. Almost 30 years later we still harbor some resentment.

Probably some punk kids in your neighborhood. Somebody randomly moves my side mirrors out of whack like once or twice a month. Pisses me off when I don't realize it till I'm flying down I95 still half asleep and go to change lanes...

I've worked in the industry for most of my life and it's safe for you to assume whatever you ordered is loaded with salt, fat, and calories. Do you really wanna know? You might think you do, but you don't. Trust me you don't. I was at a restaurant a few years ago where the best seller on the lunch menu was the grilled…

If you're allergic to something you should always inform that nice server who takes your order. They then go tell the chef who makes sure everyone knows so you don't go into anaphylactic shock in the restaurant. Just because your allergy isn't in the dish you ordered there is this thing called cross contamination.

I'm a really good person because my mommy gave me lots of love...

I used it before the ban when it was still in xenadrine. I didn't really change my lifestyle and lost a lot of weight on it. I didn't personally experience any negative reactions to it but it had been linked to some deaths which led to the ban. I wouldn't use it again, not worth my life.

I do it by weight. I calculate all the calories that went into the pot and just divide that by how many ounces it weighs. It helps have the weights of your pots and pans somewhere for reference so you can tare off the weight of the pot it's in.

It's not really feasible in most real restaurants, not accurately anyways. Natural products vary by nature. Branded ingredients can change with every delivery and will vary in calorie content. Cooks eyeball the measurements, especially with things cooked to order on a busy line, but also with things prepped long before…

Simplistically speaking, matter can neither be created or destroyed, so your weight "matter" is changed by your body into various compounds it uses for energy. Many different compounds are formed, used, reformed into other things, used again and so on. Once the body has gotten as much out of it as possible, the matter is…

Jawbone vibrates when your inactive for too long. I think you can adjust that setting. Fitbit doesn't do that but it's a much better pedometer. Read the reviews on amazon.
