I do beleive walking is just fine for weight loss. but i recommend getting your heart rate up by walking inclines. you can even youtube or look up 5 min intense work outs, even doing jumping jacks for a min. but before you know it, your legs will be so toned from walking.

You may have to try out diff ones before you find one you like. just look around at your local grocery store, or healthy food store. i just picked up EAS brand, vanilla flavored. its not bad. i put one scoop, with banana, almond milk, yogurt. and its actually taste like a vanilla shake.

THIS IS so true! im 5'0 maybe 5'1. its hard to stay at 1200.. i eat about 1400-1500 on average still losing! and guess what it works for me. bc i dont ever feel hungry or deprived! its awesome. when i switch it up and barly eat 1200 i dont lose.

Yes i saw the show too! crazy! what ppl will do to lose weight!. also that one guy who had 90 surgerys to look like a human ken doll. wow. if the ppl with the tube diet realized that weight is coming right back on, b.c your not teaching yourself a healthy lifestyle. there is no quick fix

i will def count it. i plan to go to a gathering later..i will just try not to stuff my face. and also try to pick better choices. but yea why not try to limit your calories first thing, if you know there will be bad food later.

way to go! Coffee is one of my weakness, if i would have went to starbucks with a friend, that would have been really hard to not get a pastry too. so awesome job!

SW 144 july 16-142 july 20-143 up a pound. i fell off the wagon, a day before weight in. and i ate bad a gain today :( but i know what im going to do from here on out. no excuses. still refuse to give up. this journey is about ups and downs right? :)

Glad you asked this, we are close to the same height and weight, i have the same problem area i hate it!! i am slim up top, but bigger at the bottom, i know it runs in the family. but i would really like to know to.

dont feel bad, i can improve so much. im not giving 100% like i should....at least you are looking at things honetly, for ones that are smaller like you, (and maybe me), it takes soo much more just to lose one pound, then those that are heavier. dont give up! b.c im trying not too

ok 5 days in i weighted myself i was down 2lbs, i weight myself today...and im back up. im trying not to let this discourage me. i stayed within my calorie goal and excersised...there is no way you can gain like 3 lbs in one day right? it has to be water or sodiem i ate last night....bc i didnt over eat..

so far so good, lost 2 lbs yay! i set up a workout schedule for everyweek. cant wait to see how things turn out. im not giving up
