No judging here. It is likely going to take you a while to get you footing. I am also just getting back to it and I decided to baby step it and give up one thing at a time. I agree though with some of the above posts that you do need to reduce your carbs and increase your fat.

I'm with everyone else on the whole eggs. One whole egg has 70 calories. If you ate 2-3 eggs they would make very little difference in your calories but provide so much nutrition it is well worth it.

I am a huge fan of eating leftovers for lunch. Todays dinner is tomorrow's lunch. I just make sure to cook a little extra so there will be leftovers. Breakfast for dinner is always good for me. A big omelet or frittata if you want to be fancy. If not just cook some bacon, then sautee some vegies in the fat and then scramble or fry a couple eggs to go with it. Easy and delicious.

I just re-read the entire Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. The last book has been out a while but I have put off reading it because I knew it was the last one.
