Hi Everybody, I plan to: 1) Burn at least 1500 cals a weeks and work out 3 times a week at the gym. 2) lose 3 more pounds before Christmas! 3) run at least once a week Linda

I like to eat a big plateful of food but I take care to have very few "carbs" cos they use up too many calories. I don't eat potatoes generally (or just one) and only a 1/2 cup of rice per meal if you eat it. I am trying to never eat bread.
