Wow!!! there is quite a difference between stairs 2km walk and 200 km bike ride! How long would that take and how often would you do it? Or maybe its a typo and should have read 20? If not kudos to you

I'm not good at getting the water in either. I can only drink it when its cold so the carrying a bottle around all day just doesn't work. I have a 14oz bottle at work that I drink out of it refill whenever it gets warm. At most I might drink 3 of them and some days 1 if I'm lucky. Just not a big drinker period.

I always weigh after cooking simply because I cook more than one portion and if they are varying weights then I still don't know which I picked. So I know my protein is always understated for meat portions.
