Feel free to add me. I am 51, fairly active and my weight has yo-yoed my entire adult life. Every time I lose it I say that's it and then its back again. This past few years I have become more active and that is helping me focus more. Height 4'11" Current weight 118.5 UGW 110 give or take a couple

You and I are similar stats I am just a hundred years older than you lol I am 4'11" and 118 wanting to get to the 108-112 maintenance range.

Too restrictive, no wonder you are tired. To me "clean" eating is if it didn't fall on the floor and get pet hair on it. I don't play that game. I try to stick with healthier choices the majority of time but I still eat my favorites when I want. Life without Dairy Queen is not a life to me ;) You can stick to your calories…

No, still using my first account. Whether I am active or not, gaining, losing or maintaining I have kept the same profile. No use lying to myself.

As the others said more detail is needed, they see what we cannot. From your profile pic you appear to be very thin now. You could be easily suffering from body dysmorphia, where what you see is a distorted image. I know I see a fat lady in the mirror but in actuality I am nowhere near what I "see". If you can't see an…

I am as well.

My blood pressure runs on the low side most of the time, at the dr's last week it was 88/60 and that was after waiting 45 mins when I had an 8 am apt and I was fuming lol Sometimes I get light headed but I think its more dehydration and hunger usually rather than my blood pressure

I've done 5, 2 sprints, 2 supers and 1 beast. They are awesome, lots of fun and makes you feel great when you cross that finish line. Run with a buddy or two and you can help each other with obstacles. People are very friendly and willing to help. Go for it!

I am currently on day 4 of a VLCD, probably my last day. It is to be done for a maximum of 7 days. I never thought I would be able to stick to it but I have not been hungry, just in the evening but that's my weak time anyway. And I still have good energy. It's good to know I can do it for a few days whenever I find myself…

Getting into clothes this week that I haven't been able to wear in over a year.

I am 3 inches shorter than you, and if I went that low I would look like death warmed over. You must be very small framed to be able to hold a weight that low and still look and feel healthy. I'm aiming for a maintenance of 112-115. I'd love to hit 108-110 but I have never been able to sustain it.

Daily, every morning and usually at night after my shower. I record my weight daily (morning weight) as well but Thursdays are my official "weigh in" day where I do the week's total loss/gain.

Day 18 done. Squats were fine, crunches I mixed up 30 regular, 25 each side oblique crunches and another 25 regular. Push ups kill me so I did 10, 5 second break 5 and repeat. Plank not good, I did the 2:30 but had to drop and get back up a few times did the last 30 seconds doing side planks

Day 17 done but it wasn't pretty

On Sept 24, I completed the Spartan Beast and got my very first trifecta at age 51! So proud that was able to complete all 3 and loved it.

Another shortie here! 4'11' and currently at 125. Have lost and gained repeatedly. I'm now on the upside again. So back to trying to get back to where I was in 2015 and 2013, I would be happy with 112ish and ecstatic at 108 but that's not very realistic for me. At 51 I would be happy to see the 112. My profile pic was…

Hi, I'm 51 and fighting to lose (again) all the weight I lost 2 years ago. This year has been a whirlwind of changes and I got away from my good habits, had some health issues and before I knew 20 lbs back on. So trying to get back on track to get those gone again. I know what to do, its just to put it in place and that's…

I have never mastered maintaining. I gain and I struggle to lose and then it creeps back on and I start all over. Every time I say this is the last time but it never has been. But I keep up the fight.

There is no need to cut a tsp of sugar from your diet, if that's the way you like your coffee, then go ahead. Plenty of places to trim the fat so to speak.

I don't understand why you would tell females to stay away from weighted exercise. Women do not "bulk" up like men using strictly exercise. You are doing a great disservice to women if you are not using weighted exercises and progressively increasing the weight.

I have done WW on and off over the years, the last couple of times I made no progress. I have been on MFP for a few years and I like it. Plus is can pair up nicely with a FitBit or other activity tracker. And its free unless you go to the no ad premium version.

start measuring and logging, eat less exercise more. You know what to do, the same steps it took you to get to maintenance. Maintaining is harder than losing I always found.
