i quit being sore around day 5. I'm on day 7.

Congrats...I am doing day 7 today. I decided to take Sundays off. I'm kind of scared to start Level 2 :/

I'm taking Sundays as a "day of rest." I'm doing the 30 day shred. We have similar weights and goal weights. Good luck!

I just started 30 day Shred yesterday. First time. Level 1. It kicked my butt. I'm 5' 5" and 143lb. I'm pretty out of shape. That being said today was a little bit easier for me. So, I think if you have been working out that much I would start on level 2 or 3. I still think it would be very effective.

I was just about to post the same exact thing!!!!!! I hate this shape! I have skinny chicken legs. Even my arms are tiny for the most part. I wear a 36 C. and a 10/12 on bottom bc of my fat stomach! In the hips/butt I seriously need a 6. I'd much rather be a pear :(

Weight is just a number. If your clothes feel looser then you are seeing real progress! Try not weighing so often and pay more attention to your clothes. I don't care what I weigh really, as long as I am moving down in sizes.

that's why i never buy frozen chicken...i buy fresh and freeze them myself. i wrap them in foil and out them in a ziploc bag.

i agree, try almond milk. it's delicious!! our family loves it. our 2 yr old drinks it instead of regular milk. it has less sugar and less calories!

If you're 5 10 you're ideal weight should be 150lbs....if you're 5 8 it should be 140...for a BMI of approx 21 which is best for heart HEALTH

If you are 5'8 and weigh 149 thats a good healthy weight...and if you are 5'10 and want to weigh 135 that's an unhealthy low weight...just saying...check a BMI calculator not what a magazine says
