I primarily do group classes- 5:30 am M-F. The place I go is a mix of yoga 2 days, bootcamp/HIIT 2 days and strength 1 day. prep before and do egg cups - can be made with eggs, meat, cheese, veggies; cooked in muffin tins in the oven; cooled then stored in the fridge and microwaved when you want them. Easy and portable.

reminds me of a recent 3 day meeting I was at with some co-workers, where I was not eating certain foods that are not part of my current WOE, and was getting "oh, that's right, you can't have that" comments. I was constantly correcting them to "it's not that I can't have it, it's that I choose not to have it."
