trying to motivate my butt to finish mowing the yard and weeding - ugh where's a lawn boy when you need one?

I mainly do 16:8 with an 11am-7pm eat window, I do have a modified hi fat coffee in the morning after my workout (about 120 cal) which I know technically breaks the fast, but without it I am hungry around 9 am and some say the hi fat is not really breaking fast.

My daughter turned 17 (!) last week - as proud as I am of the lovely young woman she is, I miss my little girl.

Hosted a bridal shower today and avoided pasta salad, rolls, potato chips, fruit, chocolates and the cake. Just had lunch meat with cheese, pickles and olives.

right now very important as it is finally moving (in the right direction) after going the other way for a long time. I do weigh daily and probably will for a while.
