I was just diagnosed 8 weeks ago with Hashimoto's and hypothyroidism. My TSH was 43 when i was diagnosed, and was started on 100mcg of levothyroxine. I use the Polar Loop and the Polar bluetooth heart band. I absolutely love both of them. Before I got the loop, I used just the regular Polar HRM. They definitely encourage me to move more and keep my heart rate up. Good luck to you!

If you are referring to the Polar Loop, go for that! It is completely waterproof, unlike all of the others. I have had mine since October and I LOVE IT!!
