I alternated with M W F being sculpt and T TH Sat being Sweat and took Sunday as my day off! Good luck - Power 90 was my first program I did this year and I loved it!

I try to leave about 200 calories a day for underestimating food, or the extra bite or two there. That is whether I just have my daily calorie limit or I have my added exercise calories.

I had a hard time with drinking water too at first but then I began to notice how sluggish I felt if I didn't drink my recommended intake of water - I now drink well beyond 8 cups a water a day! You can also eat water-rich foods (good way to trick your body so it doesn't know its actually consuming water LOL) Here's a link…

I've been on the prep Turbo Fire Schedule... this Thursday is going to be my first HIIT workout... will be interesting to see the calories burned compared to the cardio workouts I've been doing. Thanks for posting!

Don't go by the scale. At the beginning of a new workout program, I took my measurements and after my first 30 days of the program I took measurements again - and I am SOOOO glad I did. I only lost 8 pounds in those 30 days but I lost over 12 inches (4 inches in my waist alone!) so while I would love to see the scale…

Congrats on the weight loss! I lost 20 pounds with P90 and am now doing Turbo Fire and love it! (ok I do curse out Chalene though during my workouts LOL!) This Sunday will mark my first 30 days with TF and am excited and nervous at the same time do my measurements!!!

I weighed in today at 200.4!! so so close! but nervous... I've been near 200 before and then I somehow sabotage myself and start getting heavier! Hoping I finally break this "200 thing" I have this week and when I weigh in I'll be starting with a 1 !!

October 1 = 202 lbs. I've been stuck at this weight for the last month even though I've been exercising nonstop the last three weeks with Turbo Fire... hoping my body decides to quit fighting with me and let's go of the weight this month!!!
