C25K is an awesome place to start running. I graduated 14 months ago. Now I regularly run a 10k every morning 5 days a week. Some days I go out for a 8 - 10 mile run. I have completed two 1/2 marathon distances since finishing C25K.

This is absolutely absurd. Fast food workers are paid too much now as it is. It is an entry level job. If you want more pay than find a better paying job!! How about go to college? Entitlement generation.

I use to drink 12 to 24 12oz cans a day. Yes, I said cans. I gave it up 5 months ago. I drink unsweetened, decaf, black tea. I understand where you are coming from. I was addicted to it myself. Now, I would never touch the stuff.

Nothing wrong with it. Everyone has an excuse not to exercise and eat right. I don't have time. I have kids. I work late. Blah. Blah. Blah!!! One time I got, it must be nice to be able to exercise. You have to make time to exercise. How bad do you want it? Stop making excuses. What is your excuse?? Get over yourself!!

I do not wear my wedding band at the gym because it falls off. Also, it pinches my fingers while lifting weights. I understand totally why you do not wear your wedding bands.

I do not get them nor does my family. I had them once a year in the Army and I got sick every year. I think they are a gimmick for the pharmaceutical companies for profits.

Nicely done! Congratulations! I want that profile picture. I am supposed to run in the Vermont Beast on the 21st, but I have to get an ok from my cardiologist. Tomorrow I have a cardiac catheterization. At this point, I am hoping I can walk the beast, but not sure.

Moderation. I have chocolate once in a while. I also eat my wife's homemade cake. You have to find a healthy balance.

I like a veggie delight on whatever type of bread, scooped, no cheese, egg whites, avocado, spicy brown mustard, all of the veggies except the lettuce (spinach in its place), and black pepper. 574 calories ft long. I skip the cheese because I cannot taste it in the sub anyways.

I average around 20 cuos a day. I make black tea. I am switching over to decaf tea this week. I was wondering why I wasn't falling asleep that easy. Black tea has almost as much caffeine in it as soda or coffee. I didn't know that.

The BMI tables are complete BS. They do not account for body composition. According to my height and weight I am over 30% or obese. Male, 5ft 9in, 210 lbs. I went to a sports doctor and had my body fat measured and I was 16.4% body fat. Doesn't add up. I did not use any charts. I picked 190lbs because that was my lowest…

I blend steel cut oats in my smoothie everyday. I like the crunch of it. Sometimes I mash it up and then put it in the blender. Plain old oatmeal doesn't bother me.

I get up earlier and get my workout in before I go to work. I feel better. When I workout late in the day I am usually spent when I get up in the morning. A good workout in the morning gets my heart pumping and get me started for the day.

Working on trying to figure out these numbers today. I did the treadmill walking test and the incline maxed out at 15. I need to do another test because I was still able to continue, but the dreadmill wasn't.

I love almond milk too. I drink smart balance cows milk now because I want the protein. I go back and forth between soy, almond, and smart balance milk. Price is the determining factor for me.

Most days I get out of bed and do my cardio. I am usually hungry after exercise regardless if I eat before or after. I save on the calories when I do not eat before a workout.
