I get what you're saying, however, extreme protein intake is not the issue at hand. While I don't make my food diary public, there is nothing out of the ordinary about my diet; it's well balanced, I don't exclude certain foods or groups, I portion things out, yet I consistently take in more protein than MFP says I should,…

Thanks. I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing. :)

If you want to know what you burn when you clean, you can find out. In the exercise box, type in cleaning…. the thing about it though, is it's a bit open to interpretation. See, I wouldn't consider laundry as doing much, because i sit on the couch in front of the TV while folding it.

The limits I've been going by are the ones MFP set for me based on my weight and what I want to lose. I personally don't think it's a huge deal- if I'm going to "go over" on something, I'd rather it be protein than fat or carbs, but it's consistent. I have the same sort of problem when it comes to sweets; however, I've noticed that i can have dark chocolate, which satisfies my craving for chocolate, but I don't overdo it. A few pieces and I'm happy, whereas I could eat a whole bag of milk chocolate kisses, chocolate chips, etc… Perhaps that could work for you?

Having an infant, I've had to make workout routines at home…strength training with my 5lb weights and mat work for abs; for overall strength/stretching, I do yoga (there are many types, laid back to very intense) and I'm starting to throw in a little pilates. If you have netflix, check out their workout videos, there are…

^ what she said. lots of stretching! I usually stretch throughout a workout or hike, and if it was particularly strenuous, I'll stretch not only right after, but an hour or so as well. Also, if I think I'm going to be stiff or sore the next day, I make sure I do some yoga before bed, and then again in the AM...
