I lost 81 lbs in less than 6 months, and I never ate back my exercise calories. When I did, I didn't lose weight. I stuck to 1200 calories per day, no matter what.

Burned 615 calories jogging 5 miles first thing this morning...even though the weather was awful, it was the worst part of TOM, and I had tons of work "hanging over my head".

i lost 81 lbs eating 1200 calories a day. i burned about that much per day (1200 calories) in exercise five days a week. i've never felt better. no starvation mode for me. over 7 months now. there were days when i was over, but i always just climbed back on the wagon. it worked for me.

Did the Atkins diet once. 30 carbs per day. Lost 50+ lbs in 3 1/2 months. Started gaining it all back 3 months later. Then gained even more. Did NOT work for me. PLEASE try this again the natural way! NO DRUGS!!! Diet and exercise and MFP logging DO work. It is just HARD work. Drugs are a 'quick' easy fix and the weight almost always comes back. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is in my experience her BEST DVD for weight loss. I did it for 3-4 months 4 to 5 days a week. I lost 81 lbs in just over 5 1/2 months and this workout was one of the major reasons why. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It will give you a HUGE calorie burn.

If you want serious results, do them six days a week with only one day off. They are so short this is absolutely critical, especially if this is the only exercise you are doing. I did these 6 days a week for months and had very positive results.

I eat spinach tamales made with no lard from Texas Tamale Company (they have a website or are available in frozen section of many grocery stores). This combined with grapes or cutie oranges or apples. Almost every.single.day. I am a creature of habbit! My dinners vary but not my lunch.

Yes, get it! I got a fitbit ultra and it changed my life literally. 80 lbs down in 5 1/2 months. All I do is eat 1200 calories a day and walk walk walk (well now I run run run, but was too heavy for that for most of that 5 1/2 months). I wear the fitbit every single day.
