  • the egg white was prob for liquid egg whites where 1/4cup = 30cal = about the same quantity wise as one whole egg... you have to double check and search a little but that is the beauty of the database being created by users, we get user error.   • I did not like the noodles, they were really rubbery and *gaggy* to me. I love using grated cauliflower as rice ( you can google lots of recipes ) I also love making butternut squash fries!
