MFP even tracks it at over 200 cal burned under 30 min cardio-general! It is a workout for sure!!!!

I think I will weigh in weekly as well. Thinking Thursday or Fridays!!! Definately not on Mondays in case of a cheat day or get together!

I am trying not to eat anything processed. My cals are at 1330 right now and I am using flax seed oil. Doing Just Dance 4, eating about every 3 hours and I have a great buddy system here in my town with my friends Barb and Kathy!!!! How about you?

When you log your exercise for Just Dance 4 do you code it under cardio-regular or dance?

I had a love lunch!!! I make them......love to be skinny. Boiled chicken breast diced, rotella tomatoes, mixed veggies w/a little shredded cheese!!! Under 300 cal YUMMMMOOOO!

I just made 12 lunches to bring to work and froze them last night. I call them love lunches (love to be skinny)! I boil chicken breast in water w/a can of rotella tomatoes with chilis.
