I get the same. Hungry all the time, but can't eat without feeling sick. I get headaches and back ache too. Eat what you like, when you like - half portions seem to work for me.

2 day gain is nothing. My body gained 6lbs in one day last night. Am I bothered? No, that's perfectly normal a human body. Your scale only shows your general trend. Don't put too much store by it if it screws with your head too much. PS GL =]

no they're not the same thing. BMR = calories you need if you sleep for 24 hours TDEE (your 1900 cals) = BMR plus your daily activity. So not the same thing.

The only thing, ONLY THING, I have on my salad these days is a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. I do buy a really expensive one though. For me, its worth it :) Or you can mix balsamic vinegar with light salad cream and a hint of lemon juice for something thicker.
