I'm on W7D2 and I have mine set for distance training so I am currently up to running 2.5 miles at a time. A few weeks ago I would have never thought it was possible! But I have completed every level so far! I should finish the training just in time for my Thanksgiving 5K!

I start Week 3 tomorrow...I'm using Run Double and I start distance training in W3. Hopefully it goes well!
