i will support you my name is denise i have 63 more pounds to lose to reach my goal of 150 pounds iam 53 and going threw menopause which sucks but i know we can do it. I work out 6 days a week sundays off. 2hr everyday and in 5 weeks only lost 14 pounds, but 14 is better then a gain. come on girl i know we can do it!!!!

i did akins about 10 yrs ago lost 100 pounds in 6 months hurt my kidneys on that one now i have 63 pounds till goal and iam really unsure that iam not eatting enough calories but i fell full.

i have heard doctors say (good doctors telling the truth) you will lose muscle the most then some weight not a good idea.

iam doing 1200 a day but i don't get to that number i workout 2 hrs a day at a gym 6 days a week i would think the scale would be moving faster HELP!! iam maybe getting in 800 cal. a day
