What do you eat all the time? So we know and can give alternatives? My staples are chicken, broccoli, cottage cheese, yogurt, almonds, lean red meat, eggs, peanut butter(natural kind)

I was here early this year. Lost 40+ lbs but went AWOL, gained it all back. While gone and adding weight I lost friends and my support. I need new ones...Please add!!!

I quit all together and spiraled out of control....gave back all my loses.....lost 45lbs put 40 back on....now, Im just fat and depressed. Did I enjoy my spiral out of control, oh yea, drinking, food, whatever I wanted....but you know what...... I feel like crap today.......it wasn't worth it. Now I feel like a failure and…

Just curious, it sounds delish as is but Im not good in the kitchen department. To lower the carbs, would one try psyllium husk? gluten flour? Im just not sure...thanks!
