Lots of great posts! I got on my scale once and it registered a 6 pound weight gain overnight and I thought...awww hell to the no...and after making everyone in the house weigh themselves..it was the batteries..they needed replaced.

My cheat day is Friday. I work until 12 noon on Friday's and meet up with friends for lunch so I splurge a little...although I missed my lunch date yesterday :( So might have a treat tonight.

Some say yes - some say no...personally I do not. I have about 4 cups of coffee in a day but I also get in at least 64 oz. of H2O. Water is so good for your digestive system, joints, hair, skin...and we could go on and on. Do you like to drink water?

I haven't been to meetings since the early 90's. I do it online. I've been using MFP and keeping a journal to track points but it's so tedious ya know? I'm just being whiney LOL I will give it a couple more days and see how I feel about joining WW again.
