    considering that scienctist have found some planets in the habitible zone, so yes plus i think it would be very egotistical to think we are only life in the universe

    What more facts do you want other than how endless the universe is? There may be other life, but since we are not evolutionized to travel more than the speed of light we won't know for a while yet. Until then, keep an open mind.
