-
Was never fat to start with, but because i'm 19 years old and didn't want fit the stereotypes of lazy, unhealthy binge drinking, Fast food British youth that apparently plague our streets So really I just want to give a big F you to the previous generation for labelling the youth like they have

Out of all the macronutrients, Protein is the one you can get away most with overkilling, don't worry about it
-
Amen to that !

Get that propaganda out of here ProTFitness ! :p Teeth won't rot unless you soak them in pepsi/coke all day, I also assume that people brush regularly so who cares :p it's like 90% carbonated water and it tastes brilliant!

And what about Pepsi MAX Cherry, cannot resist getting a bottle of that sweet tasting nectar when it's on offer at £1 a bottle at my local ASDA !
-
Hasn't stopped me losing weight and I drink a can or 2 of diet every other day or so :)
-
100g of Chicken breast is like 200 cals and has a TONNE of protein, you could easily fit that into your diet, I don't think it would differ that much for our cousins down under than it is for us here :p
-
I can back this up, My college Biology tutor said the exact same thing !!!!
-
Reading labels, getting enough protein and most of all I exercise every day, I love swimming so that helps HUGELY as vigorous exercise doesn't feel like a chore
-
There are much better foods for upping your protein intake with a LOT better Protein:Calorie ratio, please don't eat McDonalds to up your protein intake :( and as said before you'll not even be statisfied
-
This post title made my eyes bleed, McDonalds should'nt even be classed as food. EDIT: Also, there are much better things to up your protein intake such as chicken breast snacks etc:)

If it's just a random meal out with my girlfriend or something like maybe once a week I don't care I eat what the hell I like, usually a big massive 10oz burger with onion rings, cheese bacon and barbecue sauce, it's like a once off once a week so who cares lol, what's the point in all this healthy eating and exercise and…

Just eat a little bit more like you did which made you gain weight ? Thats the best I can come up with, because forcing food down your neck isn't going to be comfortable or any good for you. It's all I got, i'm sorry :/
-
Cannot stand Big Macs...ugh
-
This x1000 I'm sorry but for a Doctor to say eating less than 1200 Cals a day is okay is ridiculous,
-
You won't lose a stone Your height and weight means that you are probably not massively overweight, therefore with the proper diet etc you will lose bodyfat and gain some muscle mass if you exercise properly, i'd go as far to say though as I would pretty much gaurentee someone of your height and weight will not lose a…
-
I see nothing wrong with what you're eating atm tbh.

Do you have android or iPhone? If so get an free App called FitnessBuddy, it has so, so many different stuff and has pictures to show you how to do the exercises, it's honestly one of the best apps i've came across imo
-
Making it part of your daily routine is the best idea you can possibly do, look at it from this perspective, nobody likes going to work every day but it's part of peoples daily routine so people just do it on autopilot, alongside doign something you ENJOY, this is again critical, if it feels like a chore of course you're…

Then don't do it, if it's making you feel sick don't eat it until you feel comfortable. Professional footballers (soccer) players such as Micah Richards skip breakfast every single day and they are perfectly fine. A guy I work with brings his breakfast to work and eats it an hour/2 hours after he wakes up and gets into…
