Thanks guys .... i am going to start doing some weights from tmorrow.my problem area is arms.i have a couple of 5 lb weights ,any suggestions on how to work them? want to get rid of jiggly arms.

i am 5'3" 150 ,i am alloted 1200 cals before excercise.i burn close to 500 cals a day.my food diary is open.i usually do not end up eating all of it.not been successful with the weight loss :cry: although have lost some inches and feel thinner.

Thankyou fellow fitness pals. i already take almonds and love them. i generally have cereal with almonds for breakfast.tomorrow i am going to try the eggs.love the responses.it is good to know we have a great support grp here.
