Iam the same height as you are ,right now 141lbs reaching for 130lbs.I was 105lbs before kids,looked really thin.I would be happy to be 130lbs.

exactly like you.... started at 157 lbs now at 149lbs... scale has not moved in 2 weeks.so difficult :( ugh

I work out at home... yoga, weights and when my treadmill was working running /walking :)

i do suryanamaskar 40 rounds.... each round burns 13.9cals so that makes it 556 cals burned for me.i sweat a lot too...

since u do yoga ...can u enlighten me on something ... can u tell me how much calorie is burned doing one round of suryanamaskar? i think it is 13.9cals ... what do u think ?

i love collar bones ,mine started showing too and i can feel my hip bone too.but mommy tummy is another story.i am gonna add u if that is alright :smile:

i do have fruits ,but not a lot .... come on we gave up ice cream and chocolate... we can have fruits .... i have a fruit when my family eats ice cream ,do not miss having ice cream or cakes !!!!

no not all sugar i do have vegs and fruits , but none of the processed stuff....

i try to eat peanut butter or something healthy or a fruit.....

i do excercise atleast 5 days a week ,yoga mostly,used to run/walk but the treadmill gave up on me..waiting to get it fixed..
