Body fat percentage
mine is 25.6 what is yours? i know mine is in a healthy range,but would like to get it lower.... suggestions ? I am not an athlete, what do u think would be a good target? I am 5'3" 140 lbs.Just started doing weights coz i do not like my saggy arms :)

10 lbs in 5 weeks ?
going on holiday the first week of july ,desperately want to lose 10 lbs atleast .... can i do it (10 lbs in 6 weeks is it doable )? help ... advice pls and be nice ... i am a very touchy person :)

i am an apple :(
i carry most of the weight towards the upper part of my body.... i lose weight first on the lower part .... for instance i have lost only 5lbs and i can feel my hip bone..which is good but i was wondering if there are any excercises for the upper body, to make it leaner....

sweetner/sugar
ok for some time now i have having my coffee with non dairy creamer and no sugar or sweetner.on a bid to reduce my processed food consumption i have cut out creamer from my diet. now i have my coffee with half cup milk and half tsp sugar... will the sugar hurt my diet. i do not want to take splenda...

i have my coffee with coffeemate lite creamer no sugar no sweetener , should i go black coffee will it help? is creamer bad? suggestions pls ..

new calorie intake
i was on 1200 cals a day diet to lose 1lb a week since 10 weeks now,unfortunately not working as much as i want it to.so have changed the weight loss goal for a week to .5lb a week ,which gives me 1440 cals a day plus workout cals ,what do u think? will this work? my bmi 26.9...

update
it has been 8 weeks since i started clean eating ,no sugar,min processed food etc.i have ditched my weighing scales so do not know about the change in weight.. but i do feel thinner not a lot but can feel a few bones. i do not miss the foods i have given up.i sure hope i will lose the 30 lbs ... my food diary is open…

no more cravings !!!!
ok so 6 weeks back i went for a major overhaul and cut a lot of things out of my life.sweets chocolate sugary drinks essentially all unnecessary things.and in 2 days realized that i do not crave them anymore....... now waiting for all the effort to show on the scale. i have to admit that i see some collar bone YES !!!!

feeling discouraged :(
been off from sugary food for 4 weeks now ... check food diary....i should have seen some change in weight but nothing..... feel horrible :(

no cravings anymore :)
i gave up sweets and sugary drinks and most pre packaged food 3 weeks back. i am happy to note that i do not crave them anymore nor do i miss them.but i am still waiting for the results to show on the scale.... i definitly feel my tummy down a lil ,i really want to lose 20 lbs bad. :smile:

I am planning to watch what i eat and stay at 1200 cals a day for 2 weeks with no excercise ,what say? have been working out a lot since long .... was eating at 1200 or a lil more with no loss in weight diary is public..... am i making a good decision here ? advice ...

net cals consumed
i am set at 1200 cals a day.i do excercise and log my food,my food diary is open.this is not working for me really,i have actually gained a few pounds over the holidays,i am thinking that i should set my net cals allowed a day to 1500 a day and see what happens.how do i do that ?

how important is strength training?
i do mostly cardio. should i do some weights? how much and what should i do ? does weight training help with toning of general weight loss ?

help with skinny jeans
got a pair of skinny stretch jeans from oldnavy size 8 ,wore them once with boots.looked good .... but now is saggy too much room and waist is big too. do not like them anymore. anybody aware of skinny jeans no stretch? this one stretchs and sags at the wrong places. :grumble:

peanut butter
so i have decided to include peanut butter in my diet,for the protein and good cals .But when i went shopping got confused with the cals and fat cals in them.most of them had lot of fat cals. so which one do u guys eat .

Hello all, ok this week too i did not lose any weight.my food diary is public, i run atleast 5 times a week ..... but still nothing. should I increase my food goal a lil by maybe 300 like make it 1500 and eat all of it ,and not eat any excercise cals? would that work? HELP !!!

A good weighing scale
need to buy a new digital weighing scale....... that is right i am finally blaming my non weight loss on the weighing scale :grumble: .okay the scale that i have now is an analog one which does not seem to move no matter what i do.my budget is $25 .any good scale out there?
