cheese ques
cheese has so much sodium in it. is there a variety that has less of the sodium. the protein aspect of cheese looks very promising.

I have been stuck at 150 for the past 6 weeks.usually i do cardio,but today did some yoga as was getting bored with the usual. tell me what i am doing wrong.getting a lil annoyed with the scale not moving. clothes do feel lil bigger,but need to see the numbers move.

any one doing yoga ?
I do yoga,particularly suryanamaskar.Can do 30 sets in 40 mins.I am but confused as to how many calories are burnt doing this. please enlighten me .Have googled and found out that it is roughly 13.9 cals a round,so i should have burned 417 cals . Yay me !!!!!!!!!

not losing weight
My calorie goal is 1200 a day,I burn close to 400 cals a day 6 times a week,have been doing this for 6 weeks now.i do not see any change in my weight :( .My clothes feels a lil big but i want to see the proof on the weighing scale now the other question is my excercise cals ,i know this has been answered so many times,now…

Adding healthy good calories
I find it hard to increase my calorie intake without adding to the sodium intake.please suggest some ways i can add more calories and get more energy.
