anybody doing suryanamaskar? i have had success with it 15 yrs back,lost 55lbs in 6 months ,trying my luck again with it. anyone wanna join ?

    Looks interesting. I like the idea that it detoxifies. I might have to check it out!

    I do these sury namaskar (sun salutations) everytime I do yoga, they really get the blood pumping! If you can find a good vinyasa flow yoga class or DVD you should try it, there are always a lot of sun salutations involved.
