mine is 25.6 what is yours? i know mine is in a healthy range,but would like to get it lower.... suggestions ? I am not an athlete, what do u think would be a good target? I am 5'3" 140 lbs.Just started doing weights coz i do not like my saggy arms

I've never had a body pod test or caliper test performed by an expert so I don't know my body fat%. Using a tape measure is grossly inaccurate. Also, a healthy body fat% varies based on gender, age, and race.0
