it has been 8 weeks since i started clean eating ,no sugar,min processed food etc.i have ditched my weighing scales so do not know about the change in weight.. but i do feel thinner not a lot but can feel a few bones. i do not miss the foods i have given up.i sure hope i will lose the 30 lbs ... my food diary is open suggestions welcome...
