Advice pls

ok i was good till friday and then christmas day and lot of eating that i am not proud of.right now i am really bloated and had a migraine over the weekend.right now i am retaining water face, fingers..... how to get rid of this ......

    Keep drinking water, lots and lots to flush you out.
    Don't worry about what you ate...it was a holiday and you have to live ya know? But now's the time to get right back on track!! Keep realistic goals and definately keep logging everything! We're here to help!

    Sometimes when I go over my sodium a rigorous workout the next day helps me shed some of the extra water.

    Try a work out and 12 glasses of water a day. Also try to eat 1200 mg sodium max fir the next few days.

    It took me a few days to get back to normal after the holiday. Just keep drinking water. I have been adding lemon as well this week.
