i am an apple :(

i carry most of the weight towards the upper part of my body.... i lose weight first on the lower part .... for instance i have lost only 5lbs and i can feel my hip bone..which is good but i was wondering if there are any excercises for the upper body, to make it leaner....

    an apple carries in in the middle ,,,, and usually is the last place they loose it ... that is me ..lol

    I am too, I have lost so much weight but looking at my stomach area is so hard beacause its still so big :-/
    but there were some posts on here not too long ago with apple shaped people who have lost a lot of weight and they all looked so good! gave me hope! :D
