me too ... i have pics of slimmer me around to stop me from unhealthy snacking and i tell myself i have done this before and can do it again ,i wanna wear skirts come summer... keeps me going

did not crave much so to speak ,but when ever i felt like this was enough i take a peek at a pic of me when i was 30 lbs lighter. that keeps me going.....

yes i did crave but my wanting to lose weight was more than the satisfaction from the particular food.... and i know that i cannot stop at one of something....

when i started with myfitness pal i was eating food like frozen food but stayed in my calorie limit,i was having juices too .... now i have stopped all that and try to eat fresh food -less additives,it is the quality of food not just the calorie that counts .

i do yoga suryanamaskar 40 rounds everyday 45 mins... increases heart rate i break up a sweat too... the best thing is u can do it at home with no equipment ,and yes it reduces weight .... i have done this before and have lost 50 lbs in 6 months.:flowerforyou:

So true.... when i started out i was doing the same thing,was staying under cals but not eating the healthiest things.i am not for eating all the excercise cals ,maybe some not all....

I am 5'3" 153 right now would love to be 135lbs... recently i have started doing yoga and have started eating very clean...lets see where this goes. a few yrs back i have lost 50 lbs doing the same.. gonna try my luck again..

I have a hypothyroid ,been taking medicine since the past 12 yrs.although weight can be kept in check it is all the more difficult to not put on weight.

count me in ,i'm at 150 now would love to be 130lbs. I have given up sodas and desserts and chips and the like until i lose all of the 20 lbs or more.do some kind of excercise 6 times a week.
